Lead nurturing is the process of staying connected with prospects throughout the sales funnel. It’s important to consistently follow-up with leads through multiple touch points and channels so you are top of mind when needs arise for your product or service.

2. How many times do you follow-up with a lead before you give up?

We touch each lead 7-10+ times on our initial outreach effort. If we don’t have success converting them, we will wait a certain amount of time and then re-prospect the lead with another similar outreach effort.

3. What happens when a lead tells you they’re not interested?

The lead will be noted in the account as not interested and our team will not continue their outreach effort. Sometimes we will discontinue outreach to the whole company depending on the lead’s rank and feedback.

4. What happens if a lead refers you to someone else?

When a lead refers us to another contact, we switch our focus to the referred lead and will do continuous follow-up and nurturing just like we would with the original lead we targeted.
