How G&M Health Gets the Right Meetings

G&M Health needed the prospecting and cold-calling resources to keep growing but had to hit those goals with a limited budget. The Challenge

While G&M Health had a great offering and a solid network of referrals to bring in new business, it didn’t have the sales resources to scale into a robust outbound sales motion. G&M realized that in order to accelerate growth, it needed to bring in a little help from outside.

G&M knew they needed a qualified, professional sales team with the ability to do high-volume outreach and partner in creating a sales strategy. At the end of the day, only one solution met their needs.

Salaria started off by giving G&M 21 meetings in the first quarter of 2022. The team grew that to 37 meetings in Q2 and ended the year with 44 meetings booked in Q4 of 2022. Salaria didn’t just provide consistent performance, but they continually improved their processes to meet G&M’s expectations.

As Salaria provided this growth in meetings per quarter, they also worked closely with G&M’s team to improve lead quality. More than a quarter of G&M’s meetings had been with people at the manager level or below in the first half of 2022, and they wanted to speak with more senior decision-makers.

Through a collaborative process, Salaria shifted its strategy to make sure more than 90% of the meetings they booked for G&M in the second half of 2022 were with people at the director level or higher. By continuously working to improve the leads’ quantity and quality, Salaria drove G&M’s continued growth through 2022.

1. Our product is very complicated, how can I expect your team to pitch it?

Our clients span a variety of industries/verticals and many of them sell complicated products and services. Several of our team members are dedicated to your account and receive consistent training on your account so they get up to speed very quickly. Our goal is not to be experts on your product or service, only to make sure we are putting the experts on your team in front of qualified leads so you have more opportunities to close deals.

2. How does onboarding work?

Onboarding is 4-5 business days. It only takes an hour each day, so it doesn’t take up much of your time. During onboarding we will collaborate with you to craft your digital messaging through email and LinkedIn in addition to your cold call scripts, value prop, objection handling, etc. We will also put the initial rules and parameters in place for our prospecting of leads and the outbound channels.

3. Do we provide you the leads or do you find the leads for us?

If you have an existing list of leads we can start outreach with those leads and build on top of that list each day. If you don’t have any list, we can build out a new list from scratch based on the prospecting parameters we put in place with you during onboarding. We have all the necessary databases and resources to build out highly targeted lead lists.

4. How do I know your team is doing what they say they are doing?

We provide full transparency to all of our clients. You will receive daily, weekly, and monthly reports with all of the metrics and KPIs most important to you. We also give you access to a real-time data dashboard that will show more in depth data for your account so you don’t have to wait on any of the reports to analyze our performance.

5. How long does it take to ramp up?

Generally, our team starts ramping up pretty quickly because after onboarding we jump right into high-volume outreach through all of the outbound channels. Many of our clients have meetings booked during the first week of outreach. Most accounts are fully ramped up by 2-3 months.
